At Austin Irrigation Co., we take pride in providing high-quality sprinkler and irrigation services to our clients. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we aim to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued once a service has been performed or a project has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results of a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of completion so we can assess the issue and determine a fair resolution. In many cases, this may involve a free adjustment or correction of the work.
If you cancel a scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged. If a deposit was collected for a large project and you cancel more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date, we will refund your deposit in full. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a partial refund or forfeiture of the deposit, depending on whether materials were purchased or labor was already scheduled.
All refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to be reasonable and transparent. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or service correction, please reach out to us at austinirrigationco@gmail.com, and we will respond within 2 business days.
